LIMA, Peru (Dec. 10, 2014) — Rich countries have pledged more than $10 billion in climate aid for poor economies, a psychological threshold at UN global warming talks in Lima, according to a tally compiled by AFP Tuesday.
December 10, 2014 — At 4:00 AM Today, Tropical Storm “RUBY” was estimated based on all available data at 370 km west of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro (13.7°N, 117.8°E), with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move west at 20 kph. Northeast monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
