July 31, 2014 — Tropical Storm Inday was last observed 4:00am today, the center was estimated based on all availabe data at 580km northeast of Basco, Batanes (22.7ºN, 127.8ºE) with maximum sustained winds of 75kph and gustiness of up to 90kph. It is forecast to move north northwest at 17kph.
