November 11, 2014 — At 4:00 AM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1500 km east Southeast of Mindanao (6.5°N, 140.0°E). Northeast monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
The Regions of Cagayan Valley, Cordillera and Ilocos will experience cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast to east with slight to moderate seas.
