The Go Green SOCCSKSARGEN – Growing disaster resiliency in Region 12 is an information and communication platform that combines a multi-stakeholders’ approaches in helping communities to adapt on climate change and develop disaster resiliency in the region.

This website is part of the many fruitful results undertaken by KPS Foundation Inc. through the project “Innovating Proactive Multi-stakeholders Approaches to Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and Climate Change Action in General Santos City, SOCCSKSARGEN and the Rest of Mindanao” funded by Philippines-Australia Community Assistance Program (PACAP-Ausaid) through The Asia Foundation.

The Project, with the local title “Pamayanang Handa — Ligtas sa Sakuna”, also gives birth to the Climate Change Action and Green Economy Network, which most members came from community organizations, peoples organizations, civil society groups, non-government organizations, academes and local government units of not only General Santos City but of municipalities and cities within the SOCCSKSARGEN region.
