Blast at Mexico oil plant kills 3, 136 injured

COATZACOALCOS, México (Apr. 21, 2016) — A massive explosion at an oil facility in southeastern Mexico killed at least 3 people and injured 136, sparking panic as it generated a huge plume of toxic smoke, officials said.
