  • Cebu City
  • Talisay City
  • Lapu-Lapu City
  • Mandaue City
  • Consolacion

A yellow rainfall warning means there could be one to two hours of heavy rain measuring from 7.5 to 15 millimeters of rain.

PAGASA also warned of possible flooding in low-lying areas and landslides in mountainous areas.

On July 1 and 2, several areas in Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Talisay City had been affected by massive flooding, brought on by only an hour of heavy downpour. There have been no evacuation orders issued so far in Cebu.
